  FLXT® Pipe Solution

 WHITE, COLOR AND ADDITIVE MASTERBATCHES
 

1-1) Masterbatch for pipes:
 Polypropylene pipes are highly used in building industry for sanitary, heating and drain systems. FLXT® has produced various grades of Masterbatch for these applications.

 

 

 

1-2) Masterbatch for film production:
 Plastic films are used extremely in packaging industry. Broad range of white, color and additive Masterbatches that are produced in FLXT® can be used in production of high quality films. Specifications of these grades are as follow:

 

 

1-3) Masterbatch for Tape:
 Nowadays the gunny and bag, which are produced by polymeric fibers, are used for packaging, storaging and handling of most products. Masterbatches are used to increase strength of polymeric fibers and making antiblock properties and opacity. These Masterbatches shouldn`t make any tear or abrasive effect on production machine.

 

 

2) Additive Masterbatches Additive Masterbatches are classified into three groups:
 1) Additives that improve some properties of polymers such as flame retardant, antioxidant, anti UV and antistatic. 2) Additives that facilitate polymer process, such as mold release agent and processing aid. 3) Additives that change some polymer properties and improve them, such as coupling agent, plasticizer and peroxide. 2-1) Flame Retardant Masterbatches These kinds of Masterbatches designed to let resistance of plastic materials against flame and are also suggested for automotive, building and foam industries.

 

 

2-2) Processing Aid Masterbatch
 This masterbatch is based on fluoro polymeric additive that can coat internal parts of processing machinery. Some advantages of this masterbatch are as follow :

1) Decreasing the die pressure
2) Increasing gloss
3) Improving surface smoothness
4) Eliminating of melt fracture
5) Increasing out put of machine

 

 

2-3) Antioxidant Masterbatches
 Degradation can be induced by heat or mechanical shear that produced during processing, or by environmental and weathering factors such as radiation, heat, humidity, or chemical attack. Antioxidant masterbatches inhibits degradation of polymers and therefore maintain their properties and lifetime integrity.
 

 

 

2-4) UV-Light Stabilizer Masterbatches:
 UV-light can lead to discoloration, weaker physical properties, surface deterioration and reduction of the application lifetime service. Anti UV masterbatches are used in polymer parts that exposed to direct or indirect sunlight such as green house, packaging films and fibers.

 

 

2-5) Antistatic Masterbatches
 Antistatic masterbatches reduce electrical surface resistivities and hence dissipates high electric charge densities on the surface of plastics and therefore; - Improve processing efficiency - Minimize dust pick-up - Reduce transportation and packaging problem specially for electrical and electronical equipments. - Improve print ability of plastic

 

 

2-6) Antiblocking Masterbatches
 By using these Masterbatches, tacking of polymeric films will be reduced. Therefore, seprating and using the film layers will be very easy.

 

 

2-7) Slip agent Masterbatches
 These Masterbatches are added to PE or PP films during an extrusion process to decrease friction between the film and the production equipment and increase the output of the production line and improve packaging line operation.

 

 

2-8)Anti fogging masterbatch :
 Nowadays polymeric film in packaging of products containing water and in greenhouse are highly used. Anti fogging Masterbatches reduce or eliminate the light scattering of water droplets and increase the clarity of the films.

 

 

2-9) Cleaner Masterbatch:
Cleaning Masterbatches are used for compounding machines to minimize machine downtime and also to boost productivity.
